Tri-City Society of Model Engineers model railroad in the historic Niles
depot in Fremont, CA, on Saturday, March 22, 2025. WP 914-A is a
Athearn Genesis HO model.
The real WP 914-A was an EMD F7A. Reportedly, it was built in 1950, serial number 8964 and scrapped in 1975.

My HO scale models of Burlington Northern (BN) 6621 and 7502 were pulling a double stack train at the Tri-City Society of Model Engineers model railroad in the historic Niles depot in Fremont, CA, on Saturday, March 22, 2025. BN 6621 is a Athearn Genesis HO F45 model and the 7502 is a Scale Trains SD40-2B model.
The real BN 6621 was an EMD F45. It was built in 1970, serial number 36348. It was retired in 1985 and scrapped.

On Saturday, October 1, 2022, a former SP GP9, the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad (GSMR) 1751, ran around the Tuckasegee River Excursion train in Dillsboro, NC.
GSMR 1751 is an EMD GP9. Reportedly: it was built by EMD in 1955 as T&NO 420, SP Class DF-604, builders number 19968. In the 1965 renumbering it became SP 3432, SP Class EF418-4. It was upgraded in 1970 becoming SP 3312, SP Class EF418E-1. It was retired in 1986 and sold in 1987.
Other reporting marks and numbers reportedly associated with this locomotive include: Kyle 1751, AEZR 1751, becoming 1755, SJVR 1751.

LLW 5399 is an EMD SD9E. Reportedly it was built in 1955 as SP 5399, SP Class DF-122, serial 19940. In 1965 it became SP 3877, SP Class EF618-3. It was rebuilt in 1973 becoming SP 4364, SD9E SP Class EF618E-1. SP retired it in 1991. It was sold to LLW 4364.

CoP 985 is a GP20m. Reportedly, it was built in 1954 as Milwaukee Road (MILW) GP9 217, serial number 20037. It was upgraded to a GP20m MILW 2406 before becoming MILW 985, then CoP 985.

MH 88 is an EMD GP9. Reportedly, it was built in September 1959, builders number 5608-18, as SP 5889, SP Class DF-616. In 1965 it was renumbered to SP 3725 SP Class EF418-9.
This locomotive was upgraded in 1978 emerging as SP 3885 SP Class EF418R-5.
This locomotive was retired in 1988 and sold to Chrome Crankshaft becoming MH 88 soon thereafter.
BN U28C 5651 leads a train across the high bridge at the California Central Model Railroad Club (CCMRC) in the historic Agnew depot in Santa Clara, CA, on Jan 30, 2016.

BNSF 5808 is a GE ES44AC. Reportedly, it was built in 2005, serial number 56166.
