In the summer of 1973, Western Pacific (WP) 2002 is in West Oakland. CA, short some batteries.
WP 2002 is an EMD GP20, WP Class RS-64. Reportedly: it was built in 1959 builders number 25624. It was assigned but never received UP number 478. Retired 1988, became RELCo. RCLX 2001.
