Stacks at the Lake

Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. in The Funnel a.k.a the BNSF Spokane Subdivision, a 4+0 eastbound BNSF intermodal train was about to cross Lake Pend Oreille, north of Sagel, Idaho, approaching Sandpoint. It had 8255, 4246, 4730 and 6503 for power.
BNSF 8255 is a GE ES44C4. Reportedly: it was built in 2014, serial number 62329.
