Finger Lakes Railway (FGLK) 2308 on Tuesday, June 22, 2010, at Geneva, NY, near the yard office.
FGLK 2308 is a GE B23-7. Reportedly, it was built in 1981 as Southern 4001. Other reporting marks and numbers said to be associated with this locomotive include NS 4001 and LRCX 4001.
