Temple Railroad & Heritage Museum owned former Atchison Topeka & Santa Fe (ATSF) 3423 is in ragged shape sitting in Temple, TX on Wednesday, April 10, 2024.
ATSF 3423 is a Baldwin 4-6-2. Reportedly: it was built in 1921 serial number 54951.
