Muni 1057 (Cincinnati Street Railway) at 1 Market

Muni 1057 is running on the F Line, right in front of One Market Street, turning onto Market Street from Steuart Street, in San Francisco, CA, on Wednesday, July 21, 2021.
Muni 1057 is a PCC Streetcar. Reportedly: Muni 1057 was built in 1948 by St. Louis Car Co. as Philadelphia Transportation Company (PTC) car 2138. PTC became part of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA). Muni 1057 was acquired from SEPTA in 1992 and rebuilt by Morrison-Knudsen in 1993. This streetcar is painted to honor Cincinnati, the Cincinnati Street Railway ran PCC streetcars from 1939 to 1951.
