Western Pacific (WP) 2257 in Oakland, CA on an unrecorded date in 1973.
WP 2257 is a GE U23B. Reportedly: it was built in 1972, serial number 38403. It was assigned but never recieved UP number 525. It was rebuilt by GE in 1989 to a Super-7, GECX 2002.
