In the summer of 1973, Western Pacific (WP) 3514 is in West Oakland. CA.
WP 3514 is an EMD GP40,  WP Class RS-68. Reportedly: it was built in 1967, builder's number 33059. It was rebuilt by MK in 1980 becoming UP 663. It was sold to KCS 4777.
