SSW 7605 in Roseville

Relatively rare bought new GP40 Cotton Belt (SSW) 7605. Notice in Roseville, CA, in August 1977 it has two types of radiator fans!
SSW 7605 is an EMD GP40, SP Class EF430C-1. Reportedly it was built in 1966, builders number 31488. This locomotive was upgraded in 1982 emerging as SP 7965 a model GP40R, SP Class EF430CR-1. The disposition of this locomotive is, classed by UP as a GP40-2 assigned Union Pacific number 1460, repainted in 2005. Still in service?
