WP 2-8-8-2 254 in Keddie

Western Pacific (WP) 254, is leading an eastbound at Keddie, CA, date unknown, circa 1940?
WP 254, is a Baldwin, 251 Class, Symbol M-137, 2-8-8-2. Reportedly it was built in 1931 and retired in 1952.
Photographer most likely Bill Darrough, from the Darrough Brothers Collection. Since negatives were extensively traded it's possible Bill was not the photographer. Photos from this collection have been shared with permission from Jack Darrough, obtained before he died.
