At Logan Hill, in the Powder River Basin in WY, on Tuesday, July 30, 2019, was BNSF Railway (BNSF) 9021, 9361 + 9217 on a 2+1 eastbound coal train.
BNSF 9021 is an EMD SD70ACe. Reportedly: it was built in 2013 serial number 20126869-072.
