NVRR FPA4 in Sacramento

Napa Valley Railroad (NVRR) 70 was resting in the SP Sacramento Shops on an unrecorded date in 1988.
NVRR 70 is a MLW FPA4. Reportedly: it was built in 1958 by ALCo/MLW, builders number 82269, Canadian National 6760. It became VIA 6760 then NVRR 70.
