Westbound APL at Altamont

Union Pacific (UP) 9344 is one of five C40-8s leading a westbound APL double stack train at Altamont, CA on the former WP line as it crosses over the abandoned SP right of way on Monday, March 20, 1989.
UP 9344 is a GE C40-8. Reportedly it was built in 1988, builders number 45899.
